Patrick Vertucci
Chief Executive Officer
Patrick brings a variety of experience to Centrifund. He has a long history in traditional residential mortgage finance, having acted as a Loan Originator and VP of Sales and Operations. Most recently Patrick has acted as Chief Lending Officer for a cutting-edge debt fund specializing in providing custom finance solutions for small to midsize commercial real estate projects. He also has a long history as a real estate investor, purchasing, renovating, and selling approximately 180 residential units over the course of his career. Patrick holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Education from the CW Post Campus of Long Island University
Jim Kerns
Chief Revenue Officer
Jim Kerns brings over 20 years of experience in real estate and construction to Centrifund. With a strong foundation in building, investing, and private lending, Jim transitioned over a decade ago to focus on providing financing solutions for investors, builders, and developers. His hands-on background in construction gives him a unique edge when evaluating projects, allowing him to align funding solutions with client goals. Jim’s combined expertise in finance and real estate has earned him a trusted reputation for delivering insightful, tailored strategies that help clients navigate the complexities of project funding.
Mark Tillman
Regional Sales Director
After a brief professional baseball career in the Detroit Tigers Organization, Mark has spent most of his career delivering financial solutions across the debt sector. From small and medium-sized clients to institutional and publicly listed companies, he has negotiated and closed deals in the U.S. and Australia. With a broad business network and strong property development focus, Mark built three referral businesses from the ground up and implemented a collaborative management style to drive recurring revenue streams. He promotes an atmosphere of achievement, collaboration, and accountability within his sales team.
